The Fort Worth Club is currently seeking a full-time Steward/Dishwasher to join our Culinary Team.

One of the 2019 Platinum Clubs of America and named #6 for city clubs nationwide. Adapting to the Clubs Platinum Standards is a must. The club operates three kitchens and a full-service bakery, where cooks prepare from scratch almost everything in house from stocks to wedding cakes. The ala carte restaurant is open 6 days per week breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen services three dining rooms as well as a sports bar. The Club's banquet kitchen can accommodate up to 10+ parties at once, or over 1000 guests. Parties range from elaborate weddings to corporate events. The club also hosts over 30 VIP wine dinners per year. The Culinary team manages a rooftop garden to supply fresh and organic produce including peppers, strawberries herbs and tomatoes.

The culinary team consists of 35 cooks and stewards, 7 are ACF certified. A strong interest in Culinary Arts and a good work ethic is required. Plenty of opportunity exists for the right individual to move up and assume additional responsibility as earned.

The club open Monday through Saturday and is closed on some major holidays including Christmas, New Years, and the Fourth of July.

Essential Stewarding Functions

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.

  • Review assigned Field Technicians service reports daily for accuracy, appropriate detail, supporting documentation such as pictures, and daily submission of completed service reports for all assigned Field Technicians. Communicate progress of Field Service work including change of scope scenarios to Field Service Supervisor, Service Manager, and Service Administrators via note section in Intellidealer.
  • Work closely with Service Administrators to maintain a high level of communication with regards to scheduling, Technician arrival times, repair progress, and completion of repair with the Customer.
  • First hand communication directly with the Customer to define the appropriate scope of work for prospective jobs. Working closely with Service Administrators during the job opening process to research known data bases such as Fix as Fail campaigns, Komtrax, TSR's, TSI's along with other Manufacturers data bases and past service history before work is initiated.
  • Participate in monthly / quarterly open Field job reviews with General Product Support Manager, Service Manager, and Field Service Supervisor.
  • Capable of creating and presenting a repair estimate for Field Service work. Assist Customer Support Representatives and Customer Support Managers with estimating labor for Field Service repairs.
  • In field oversight as required to assess Customer requested repairs to provide solutions and guidance, with the goal of reducing Customer repair cost and eliminating un-recoverable mileage, labor and parts. Management in conjunction with the Field Service Supervisor and Service Manager of all new / used equipment field assembly or disassembly to define scope of work and execute in the safest manner possible.
  • Assist in maintaining care and custody of all company owned tooling.
  • Maintain a high level of open and clear communication with other Branch departments.
  • Attend and participate in all monthly Field Service safety meetings, these meetings at times may be held virtually. Ensure field techs are completing truck inspection reports or specific customer site specific safety inspections. Incorporate periodical in-person inspections of technician's onsite to review safety protocol compliance. Ensure necessary safety items are provided including lifting devices and proper PPE.

  • Five (5) years demonstrated experience in the sale of investment services required.
  • FINRA SIE.
  • FINRA Series 63 and 65 or 66 license(s).
  • FINRA Series 7.
  • Hawaii Life and Health Insurance licenses.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma.

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Able to work both independently and cohesively with others and fosters a team environment.
  • Able to make critical decisions independently.
  • Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Valid driver's license and commute in personal vehicle as required.

The expected starting pay for the Senior Financial Advisor is $48,000 plus applicable eligible commissions.
