Primary Purpose:
Wax Assembly consistently and accurately cleans wax molds in preparation for assembly. This Wax Assembler position requires prior experience as a wax assembler.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans and assembles wax patterns to specifications using various tools.
- Visually inspect wax patterns for defects.
- Accurately code numbers on patterns for identification.
- Recognize and understand the cause of defects in wax patterns.
- Meet and maintain quality requirements.
- Maintain work station and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
- Previous experience as a Wax Assembler required
- Extensive repetitive motion of the hands, wrists and arms.
- Able to use small, fine tools.
- Good attendance record required.
- Requires continuous mental and/or visual attention to detail.
- Able to understand measurements and read and use a ruler correctly.
- Able to work as a team player and be self-motivated.
- Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Compliance with general company attendance standard is required.
- HS diploma or equivalent GED required, but candidates not meeting this requirement who possesses relevant experience will be considered.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Solid job history including more than 1 year at previous or recent employer.
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
- Must be willing to participate in pre-employment and periodic drug screening.
- Position requires standing for long periods of time; approximately 80% of the shift. Chairs are available and used approximately 20% of the shift or less.
- Exposure to fumes from melting wax.
- Duties are performed in a temperature and humidity controlled environment.
- May be exposed to dust, dirt, fumes, noise and chemicals.
- Required to wear safety glasses in the performance of duties.

- Swing Shift (Monday-Thursday 4x10) $1.00/hour Shift Differential
- Weekend Day Shift (Friday/Saturday/Sunday 3x12) $1.25/hour Shift Differential

Looking for current welding program students, those soon to graduate and recent graduates. The Welder I TIG welds in a chamber under argon atmosphere on titanium castings for the aerospace industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Titanium TIG welding in chamber to repair castings, following all applicable procedures.
- Using tools such as calipers, profile templates, etc., to accurately repair castings.
- Working with your team on rework plans to make castings conform to specification.
- Using grinder to shape tungsten.
- Load and unload castings from chamber.
- Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of formal welding vocation program required.
- All others will be disqualified for this position but may be considered for other positions.
- Must pass welding test within 6 weeks of being in position.
- Must pass an annual eye exam.
- This position requires ability to bend, lift, push, and pull (to place castings in and out of the tank) with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must have basic high-school level math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Able to use small, fine tools.
- Good attendance record required.
- Requires continuous mental and/or visual attention to detail.
- Able to understand measurements; read and use measurement tools correctly.

What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies to support all maintenance functions.
- Responsible for basic maintenance support for startup operations such as, lights, dust collectors, air filtration systems, etc.
- Monitor machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
- Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replace Design, assemble and install electronic control systems for production machinery and associated automated equipment’s gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair machine level control systems, which utilize programmable logic controllers.
- Perform preventive maintenance per schedule.
- Communicate with operators pre- and post-repair.
- Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
- Follow lock-out/tag out procedures.
- Responsible for adherence to all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Education: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experienced Forklift drivers preferred.
- Language skills: Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, and leadership.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to use basic gages and measuring devices.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, and diagram form.
- The ability to be reliable, work overtime as needed, and be committed to working at our Chittenango, NY facility.
Working Conditions:
- Frequently work near moving mechanical parts.
- The physical effort applied in this job includes lifting, pulling, reaching, manipulating, carrying, pushing, or shoveling.
- Manufacturing requires repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and arms.

Primary Purpose:
A CMM Operator will inspect machined and un-machined castings, wax patterns, and fixtures using manual CMM and Automated CMM devices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect machined and un-machined castings, wax patterns and fixtures using Manual CMM and Automated CMM.
- Use of hand-held MTE will also be required (calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc.).
- Complete detailed inspection reports, as well as review/interrogate the dimensional data generated by the CMM inspection.
- Communicate closely with engineering.
- Self-motivated individual with good math skills.
- Able to perform inspections on raw and machined castings and first articles.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret customer specifications.
- Able to use Microsoft programs, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, etc.; CAD experience helpful.
- Able to read and follow both verbal and written instructions, as well as excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Capable of performing precise setups on machine.
- Possess a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- HS diploma or equivalent GED required, but candidates not meeting this requirement who possesses relevant experience will be considered.

- Experience with OpenDmis and Calypso.
- CMM and CNC programming.
- CAD experience.
- Frequently working near moving mechanical parts.
- Exposure to dust dirt fumes, noise and chemicals. The work is typically performed under reasonably good working conditions; while exposure to any or all of the mentioned elements may occur, such exposure is generally not present to the extent of being disagreeable.
