Major Responsibilities: Nutritional care for patients is provided in accordance with physicians' orders and standards of quality nutritional care that appropriately meet age, psychosocial and physical needs of patients. Performs Nutrition Focused Physical Assessments on moderate and high nutrition risk patients. Works with high risk populations to prevent malnutrition contributing to readmissions. Provision of nutrition education on prescribed diet, per established priority system, in order to improve patient knowledge/understanding of nutrition, diet therapy and compliance on prescribed diet. Education is provided to inpatients, outpatients, family members and the public through individual counseling, classes and community education. Evaluates and takes appropriate action regarding the diet for which nutrition consultation has been ordered. Provides nutrition education, as appropriate to the patient's needs, in accordance with established hospital policy, patient's readiness to learn, learning needs and barriers to learning. Documents nutrition education in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with department standards and regulatory requirements. Effective communication with patients/families, department managers, supervisors, coordinators, peers, staff and other health care professionals in a positive and results-oriented fashion. Mentors students, interns and residents as assigned. Serves as an educational preceptor to dietetic interns and nutrition students. Follows HIPAA guidelines and established patient privacy rights. Communicates according to Advocate's Mission, Values and Philosophy guidelines. Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and other pertinent committees as assigned. Serves as a liaison to physicians, house staff, nursing services and food and nutrition services associates regarding clinical nutrition best practices, developments and trends. Achieve positive outcomes and customer satisfaction. Supports system safety efforts by practicing hand hygiene as indicated, using patient identifiers and by utilizing the safety event reporting system. Licensure: Dietitian Nutritionist Education/Experience Required: Graduate from a 4 yr. accredited college with degree in Nutrition or Dietetics or equivalent and successful completion of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics registration requirements. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to respond to the needs of a diverse patient population. Ability to develop patient educational materials. Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. RD eligible considered. Licensed by the State of Illinois. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: This position can recognize needs and behaviors of the following age groups: pediatric(infant, toddler, school age), adolescent, adult and older adult. Evidence of this can be shown by recognizing levels of development and modifying approach and exhibiting communication skills necessary to interpret age specific responses. Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Flexible hours. Weekend hours may be required. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by several factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.

An Estimator is responsible for owning the full estimates and repair process post-vehicle teardown and ensuring quality repairs are provided promptly. This position requires teammates to have a proven track record of high performance, possess an advanced level of technical knowledge regarding collision repair estimates, be able to communicate detailed repair processes to Body Technicians, and be familiar with major insurance carrier procedures and requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Estimate all drive-in appointments as well as "walk-in" customers and complete repair plans

  • Complete process review with the customer

  • Repair Orders: All files are opened with BAR (CA) and DRP compliance, including obtaining proper authorizations

  • Check in the vehicle upon drop off with the customer

  • Prepare and complete proper paperwork for the final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)

  • Category Strategy

  • Financial Plans
    • Accountable for delivering on financial goals.
    • Monitor and communicate results against financial plans based on performance and market trends.
    • Partner with Planning teams to establish financial plans to deliver on sales and GM.
    • Partner with Inventory Management to optimize inventory.
  • Team Management
    • Oversee small team of independent contributors, contributing to their growth and development.
    • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business results.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of merchandising experience, exhibiting progressively responsible assignments.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Buyer or similar role in the retail industry.
  • Able to successfully lead a category team and drive desired business results.
  • Advanced strategic and analytical skills to grow a business.
  • Advanced collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills.
  • Flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Position Summary

The SAP EWM Consultant provides expertise in the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. This role analyzes business requirements, delivers high-quality functional designs, collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, and supports clients through testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. Consultants at this level work independently while also mentoring junior team members.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Performs functional testing, resolves defects, and validates end-to-end EWM functionality.

  • Collaborates with project managers, architects, developers, and functional teams to ensure seamless integration with ECC, S/4HANA, and related modules.
  • Provides timely support for EWM issues related to configuration, data, and system behavior.

  • Stays current on SAP EWM enhancements, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and optimization within warehouse operations.
  • Mentors associate-level team members and contributes to knowledge sharing.

  • Adheres to all certified processes and information security standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • SAP EWM certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
  • Level I: 2+ years of SAP EWM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP EWM functionalities.
  • Experience conducting functional testing and supporting QA activities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience working with the Department of Defense or other federal agencies.

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $85,816-$107,269 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
