Sodexo Corporate Services Division is seeking an Executive Director of Facilities to support a large manufacturing site across our client portfolio located in Memphis, TN .
The Executive Director will oversee hard and soft service operations, and is responsible for managing building operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, physical security, EVS, pest control, and both preventative and corrective maintenance. Most services are self-performed by Sodexo staff and supported by subcontractors. The role requires strong technical knowledge, financial and contract management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with multiple client stakeholders.
What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary client liaison, managing all communications and client requests through direct reports.
  • Oversee equipment and system upgrades, evaluating building utilities to prioritize capital funding and ensure code compliance.
  • Act as intermediary with regulatory agencies for building code and safety compliance.
  • Apply technical expertise in HVAC, building automation, water systems, fire protection, electrical distribution, and utility plants; collaborate with construction/design teams as needed.
  • Oversee janitorial, landscape, grounds and pest control services for the entire building.
  • Manage all trades staff, vendors, managers, and Directors within the Facilities Department.
  • Review and improve programs, services, policies, and procedures; implement client-approved changes.
  • Coordinate with client staff, contractors, architects, and engineers to organize facility operations and projects.
  • Monitor work quality and timelines, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and oversee departmental budgets, including energy-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive departmental records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and manage work performance.
  • Promote workplace safety by leading audits, training, and the in-house safety committee.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee and support entitlements, engineering and land development for multiple division land teams.
  • Drive and execute all regional strategic, technical and operations initiatives to ensure successful execution of horizontal construction and land development projects within the approved budget guidelines.
  • You will be based out of Arlington, TX with regular partial travel days around the North Texas area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for entitlements, engineering and land development processes.
  • Collaborate with executives and leaders within the organization to ensure land development projects align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives related to forward planning, target deadlines, and budgeting.
  • Approve and direct preparation of necessary agreements, easements, licenses, and approvals required to allow work on land development for required projects.
  • Analyze site plans, provide quality assurance through identification of issues in design and scope of work.
  • Advise the design and budgeting of "hard" and "soft" cost items, including conceptual planning, final construction documents, and development cost estimates.
  • Provide input on selection of subdivision details for amenities and common areas.
  • Provide support in the preparation of internal investment committee memos for approval of acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with local Directors and land development teams on department initiatives for improvement.
  • Develop key relationships and partner with local and regional clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and government officials to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape, and make recommendations for changes to the organization’s land development strategy.

What you’ll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in residential land development.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or a Professional's Engineer license are highly desired.
  • Experience leading complex, large (150+ acre) site development projects from planning through delivery.
  • Ability to value engineer plan sets and experience managing civil engineers through a design phase.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate and develop teams of land professionals.

What You’ll Work On

The Head of Product Management — Environmental Division is responsible for leading a team of 5–8 product managers while personally owning product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for Campbell Scientific’s Environmental Division product portfolio. This role combines senior-level product management expertise with hands‑on people leadership and coaching to drive both product excellence and a high-performing PM culture.

Campbell Scientific’s environmental monitoring products serve a diverse base of government agencies, research institutions, universities, and national laboratories that depend on accurate, reliable data for weather forecasting, climate research, hydrology, and environmental compliance. The Head of Product Management is the business owner for this portfolio — accountable for product direction, revenue performance, and market relevance across the full product lifecycle.

This role sets the standard for rigorous product thinking, deep market understanding, and client focus, while helping individual team members develop their skills and deliver measurable impact. The Head of Product Management works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders to align the team’s work with the division’s growth strategy and the evolving needs of the environmental science community.

You’ll Support Your Team by Performing the Following Key Tasks

  • Lead, coach, build, and develop a team of 5–8 product managers by setting clear expectations for performance, quality, and conduct.
