Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric patients.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop individualized care plans that promote preventive care, wellness, and disease management.
  • Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, preventive health, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on value-based care and positive patient outcomes.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
  • Active Florida medical license (or eligible for licensure).
  • DEA license (or eligible).
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, value-based care, or geriatric populations is preferred but not required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred for select locations.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Minimal call requirements, depending on practice location

The Position

The Senior Vice President, Director of Mortgage Lending is responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, profitability, compliance, and operational performance of the Bank's residential mortgage lending division. The Director develops and executes strategies to expand mortgage production, enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen referral relationships while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.

This executive serves as a key member of the Bank's senior leadership team and partners with Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Marketing, Credit Administration, Operations, and Compliance to achieve the Bank's strategic objectives.

This position comes with a generous salary of up to $250K, a full benefits package, and a generous bonus plan. (This is not a remote position)

Mortgage Lending Director responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the Bank's residential mortgage lending strategy.
  • Establish annual production, revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
  • Identify new mortgage products, delivery channels, and market opportunities.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to executive management and the Board.
  • Develop annual operating budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor industry trends, housing markets, interest rates, and competitive activity.

Mortgage Production:

  • Lead all residential mortgage origination activities.
  • Grow purchase and refinance mortgage production.
  • Establish sales goals for mortgage lenders.
  • Monitor loan pipeline and funding performance.
  • Improve loan turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
  • Expand mortgage market share within the Bank's footprint.
  • Build relationships with:
    • Realtors
    • Home builders
    • Financial planners
    • Attorneys
    • CPA firms
    • Title companies
    • Community organizations
  • Develop referral partnerships.
  • Promote cross-selling between Retail Banking and Mortgage Lending.
  • Participate in community events and business development activities.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Ensure efficient workflows and continuous process improvement.

  • Manage mortgage servicing release decisions.
  • Ensure prudent underwriting standards.
