Dental Assistant

Our private dental office is looking for a dental assistant to join our dedicated team! Our practice is well-known for providing the community with extraordinary dental care using state-of-the-art technology and modern techniques. • 2+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Dentrix software

Admitting Clerk Position

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.

If you are a team player with prior experience as a receptionist and are tech-savvy, we'd love for you to apply for our Admitting Clerk position in our Primary Care Clinic.

What You'll Need:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year experience as a receptionist, in a clinic setting is preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients and visitors
• Contribute to daily clinic operations - process mail, answer phones, take messages, schedule and confirm appointments, etc.
• Register patients for visits and confirm information using SLVH's Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Maintain physician schedules
• Collect co-payments for visits and refer patients to Billing as necessary
