As our Hematology / Oncology Physician , you will join an established clinical team at Dignity Health's Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) , playing a pivotal role in the continued success and community health impact of our Oncology & Hematology clinic at Mission Hope Cancer Center in Santa Maria, California .

Every day you will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care to address the complex needs of patients navigating cancer diagnoses and blood disorders. Operating out of the premier regional hub for advanced oncology services, you will leverage conventional medical technology and complementary therapies to manage treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapies, targeted therapies, and specialized care plans. You will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of onsite Nurse Navigators, supportive services, and active Cancer Committees to deliver highly coordinated, personalized patient pathways.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE fellowship-trained Hematologist/Oncologist with a strong passion for community-based cancer care, strong clinical skills, and a deep commitment to delivering care centered around humankindness.

We are offering a competitive base compensation of $525,000 annually, with productivity and quality bonus structures that can bring total on-target earnings to $700,000+. Baptist Neurology Institute, part of Baptist Health Jacksonville, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our inpatient neurology team at Baptist Medical Center South.

Schedule & Setting

• 36 hours per week
• Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
• Mix of day and night shifts
• Inpatient neurology service

Patient Volume

• Average census: 5 18 patients
• Resident support present

Clinical Responsibilities

• Inpatient neurology patient management
• Stroke patient evaluation and treatment
• Collaborative care alongside neurology team and residents

• Work within hospital-based neurology department

• Hospital-based EMR utilized

Requirements

• Physician Assistant certification
• Stroke experience required
• Preferred: Two years of applicable clinical experience

NIGHT SHIFT Opportunity Location: Phoenix, AZ
Status: Full Time
Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts per week; NIGHT SHIFT 12:00pm 12:00 AM Standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM 12:00 AM, seven days a week
Compensation: Night Premium $75 $95/hour (based on experience) + bonus Benefits: Full-benefits package available Position Summary We are seeking a Full Time clinician to join our night shift team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast paced, well supported urgent care environment. Clinicians at NextCare enjoy true work life balance , including no after hours tasks, flexible scheduling, and monthly schedules released in advance. Our full time schedules are designed, so providers are off more days than they work. You'll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real time guidance and mentorship. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Code and bill services appropriately
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
• Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP PA
• Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
  • PA: NCCPA certification
  • NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required)
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to treat patients of all ages
• Active BLS certification
• EHR proficiency
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast track experience
• Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
• Experience with initial x ray interpretation prior to radiology over read
