Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, recruitment, Lead Generation or a similar role involving high-volume outreach.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.
Persistence: A proven ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
