Requirements:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and rollout of tokenized and digital asset capabilities within the Markets division. This role will define and execute product strategy for tokenized securities and Crypto assets, beginning with US Equities and Fixed Income securities, and expanding to additional digital asset and tokenization use cases. The role requires strong knowledge of capital markets workflows, emerging tokenization models, and the ability to deliver complex products in a regulated financial services environment.

Wells Fargo is seeking a subject matter expert to provide product leadership for tokenization initiatives, including the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of tokenized asset platforms and capabilities. This role requires deep understanding of both traditional market structure and blockchain / distributed ledger technology (DLT)enabled models, combined with strong execution skills across large, complex organizations.

The Product Manager will partner with stakeholders across Trading, Market Structure, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Control to ensure tokenized products are scalable, compliant, and aligned with the firm's strategic objectives and Risk Management Framework.

In this role, you will:

  1. Provide product vision, strategy, and direction for the firm's tokenization initiatives, including tokenized US Equities, tokenized Fixed Income Securities, and other digital asset products
  2. Own and manage the product roadmap and delivery lifecycle for tokenized securities and digital assets, from ideation through implementation and BAU support
  3. Define business and functional requirements for tokenization platforms, including issuance, trading, settlement, custody, and lifecycle event management
  4. Partner with front office, market structure, and platform teams to evaluate and enable new market models, including on?chain and hybrid settlement constructs

JOB SUMMARY:
