Overview:

The Fence Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, installation, and removal of temporary fencing at customer job sites. This role ensures timely, high-quality service delivery while operating vehicles and equipment in compliance with safety standards. Fence Technicians maintain a strong customer focus, support the onboarding and training of new team members, and may step in to assist with lead responsibilities as needed to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition
  • Check loads to ensure that truck has all material (fence panels, poles, etc.) and tools needed to complete service tickets
  • Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection & report deficiencies to shop immediately
  • Operate fence vehicle to and from pre-designated work sites
  • Unload all fence materials and install fence panels, with appropriate tools, at work site in accordance with pre-determined specifications. Locate, measure and mark location for placement of panels & installation
  • Coordinate the workload and the efforts of the Fence Helper. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment & work site to ensure that specifications are met
  • Meet with site superintendent (or other designated representative) to confirm work order. Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive additional instructions, changes to work locations, etc
  • Record information such as personnel, production and operational data on specified forms and submit to Fence Manager at end of each shift
  • Train and support Fence Helpers on proper installation procedures and safety protocols; reinforce best practices in the field and step in to support lead technician responsibilities as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL Class C). 
  • Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Sit while driving and stand while servicing products
  • Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls
  • Repeat the same movements
  • See details of objects that are less than a few feet away and also at greater distance

Overview:

The Seasonal Special Events Service Technician is responsible for operating a company service truck and driving to various locations at an event to service/pump/clean portable restrooms or holding tanks. This position also performs basic pick-up and delivery of units and the installation and removal of temporary fences at special events. Workdays are Thursday - Monday. The Special Events Service Technician must be willing to travel to support special events throughout the region and to support other regions as needed.

 

This is a Seasonal position.  A seasonal employee is an employee who is hired in a job for a temporary period or for a specific assignment or group of assignments designed to last for less than 180 days. Seasonal employees normally are not eligible for participation in Company benefits, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Seasonal employees are not eligible for merit pay increases.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection & report deficiencies to management immediately. Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition. Check loads to ensure that truck has all material (units, fence panels, poles, etc.) and tools needed to complete service tickets
  • Operate service trucks to and from pre-designated work sites based on assignment information. Maintain a clean and fully stocked truck
  • Operate flatbed trucks to and from pre-designated work sites based on daily routing information to deliver or pick up portable restroom units, hand sinks, holding tanks, or containers. Update system and tickets with relevant delivery or pick-up detail
  • Operate fence trucks to and from pre-designated work sites based on daily routing information to deliver or pick up the fence (chain link, panel, materials, etc.). Also, act as a point of contact on fence jobs where a crew is assigned to the job/truck and will operate fence installation equipment
  • Operate tanker/transfer truck to and from the local dump and completes required paperwork as necessary
  • Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, septic tanks, sinks, showers, etc., at various work sites by following the Company's servicing guidelines. Notifies management of any issues encountered on route assigned
  • Unload all fence materials and install fence panels, with appropriate tools, at the work site in accordance with pre-determined specifications. Locate, measure, and mark the location for placement of panels & installation
  • Troubleshoot and address all basic repair and maintenance as needed on-site so as to not disrupt the customer experience. Report all special maintenance requests and/or equipment replacements in FSL
  • Perform pick-up and delivery of United Site Services (USS) units at customer locations in a timely manner in accordance with customer needs
  • Strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their pickup and delivery needs, so the customer's current and future needs are satisfied
  • Work with dispatch to keep updated on service schedule changes throughout the day and adapt to changes as needed
  • Conduct all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries
  • Interact with customers on-site to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard
  • Work with Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator by providing customer feedback as it relates to service needs and expectations
  • Meet with site superintendent (or other designated representative) to confirm work order
  • Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive additional instructions, changes to work locations, etc

JOB SUMMARY
The Youth Justice Therapist provides intensive assessment and therapeutic services for difficult incarcerated youth within the assigned Ohio Department of Youth Services (ODYS) Correctional Facility. The Youth Justice Therapist works closely with ODYS staff, jurists and other court officials to ensure client treatment needs are addressed. The Youth Justice Therapist works with clients in the ODYS correctional facility providing assessment, treatment and making recommendations for ongoing services and therapy upon client's discharge from the facility. 

The Youth Justice Therapist will be using the ODYS system for documentation.  ODYS will provide a task supervisor, ACI will provide a clinical supervisor.  ACI and ODYS supervisors will collaborate to provide best oversite.  The part-time position is 20 hours maximum.  Hours can include afternoon and weekends to accommodate other employment.  An additional 20 hours could be found in other ACI programs to meet full-time employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  1. Provide high quality, detailed and in depth bio/psycho/social assessment for youth referred to program.
  2. Meet or exceed productivity targets as well as collect outcomes measures/data at case discharge.
  3. Gather information for ongoing treatment needs and goals and prepare detailed recommendations for clients upon discharge from the facility
  4. Assess and develop treatment goals and interventions, implement interventions, and identify and targeting of barriers to treatment progress.
  5. Develop comprehensive, diagnostic case conceptualization as well as focused, measurable and achievable service plans that are consistent with the client's identified needs and cultural assessment-cultivating and maintaining professional alignment and engagement with families.
  6. Appropriately articulate and present clinical findings, therapeutic goals/targets, and recommendations to court officials/staff in a professional manner. Collaborate with ODYS staff to identify clinical interventions that best support youth in the correctional facility (i.e. safety planning, suicide watch protocols, mental health interventions, and linkage to stepdown programming).
  7. Facilitate individual, group and family therapy sessions for youth placed in the assigned ODYS Correctional Facility.
  8. Form and maintain collaborative working relationships with collateral professionals and/or agencies concerning individual cases.
  9. Develop and maintain the clinical record through timely and legible completion of assigned documentation according to applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
  10. Close cases in a timely manner, accurately completing aftercare plans and related paperwork, including treatment summaries, based on goal achievement and/or agency policy/procedure.
  11. Attend weekly team meetings and supervisions on time and as scheduled.  Be open to feedback and suggestion from others, be prepared for meetings, actively participate as a supportive team member, and maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers.
  12. Actively and consistently participate in trainings.
  13. Has/Maintains a good on-time and attendance record.
  14. Set and maintain appropriate boundaries with incarcerated youth, family members and ODYS staff.

OTHER DUTIES
  1. Maintain awareness of industry trends and professional knowledge by attending agency training, maintaining continuing education standards and reviewing professional publications.

Position Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience by building relationships, understanding guest needs, and presenting solutions that create value. This role focuses on connection, service, and follow-up while consistently meeting minimum performance standards through key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Duties:

· Greet and assist guests throughout their shopping journey.

· Present products and solutions that create value for all guests.

· Meet or exceed minimum performance standards and KPIs, including sales, finance, bedding, protection, and delivery.

· Follow established selling processes and best practices.

· Actively participate in coaching, training, and development opportunities.

· Conduct timely and consistent customer follow-up to support the sales process and guest satisfaction.

· Review orders for accuracy prior to submission.

· Take payments and assist guests with financing or payment options.

· Partner with leadership and support teams to resolve guest questions or concerns.

· Maintain store cleanliness and organization through assigned areas of responsibility.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.

· Experience: Retail sales, specifically furniture, preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

· Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting.

· Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor

· Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
