A day in the life.

As our senior account manager, you'll be primarily responsible for independently marketing smaller and/or less complex accounts. Exercise independent decisions relating to client analysis of coverage, recommending coverage needs, and suggesting new lines of coverage for existing clients. Be viewed as a leader and resource by colleagues and peers who provide exceptional client service and serve as a mentor to others. Be knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives. Develop strong relationships with carriers and clients. Support producer and marketing account executives in managing larger and/or more complex accounts.

  • Manage the implementation process; prepare and deliver all applicable forms to client.
  • Formulate a plan with producer to conduct relationship management meetings and/or visits with assigned clients.
  • Proficient in the client management system(s), specifically to update policies that are written or renewed, log activities to document client meetings, carrier follow-up, service issues, establish follow-up date and daily manage follow up in client management system(s). Also, understand how to use the system to acquire information to assist clients.
  • Attend seminars, classes and carrier meetings to keep abreast of new products available for clients and acquire expertise in legislative changes, as opportunities occur.
  • Mentor team members.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Five plus years of personal lines insurance experience
  • HNW or coastal insurance experience

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join our Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team. Responsibilities

  • Maintain all records of care provided to associates.

  • Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a varied noise level and may involve working in variable temperatures and weather conditions, particularly in outside loading departments. The role requires the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. It also requires standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts and may involve climbing and descending stairs. The training schedule is Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, while the daily schedule is Friday to Monday from 19:00 to 05:30. No overtime is expected.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
