Additional General Manager Requirements:
●High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred
●Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision
●Required to work a minimum 5 day workweek with 4 closing shifts (or 4 day workweek guaranteed) including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
●Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
●Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
●Leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication skills
●Basic accounting and computer skills

JOB SUMMARY : The Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight of clinical services for programs across South Carolina. Ensures that the ECH model of care is implemented and documented, provides back up “on call”, provides clinical assessments when necessary, ensures that clients have proper authorization, and provides supervision to clinical staff.

QUALIFICATIONS : Required: Master’s degree in social work or other license-eligible field. Independently licensed and at least two years’ experience working with children who have therapeutic needs. LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LMFT required. Must have an understanding of children, adolescent and family treatment as well as the ability to deliver evidence based practice with fidelity. Preferred: experience in a supervision role and experience with Medicaid and Medicare policy and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS : Good written and oral communication skills required. Must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Must be able to pass standard background checks, including: drug screen, employment physical, SLED, FBI Check, DSS Central Registry and Sex Offenders Registry. Has a belief system and engages in faith practices that are compatible with those of the United Methodist Church.
