The ideal candidate has experience in residential or industrial electrical work and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
                  Key Responsibilities:
                  • Install solar-related electrical equipment, wiring, and devices in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and company standards.
                  • Serve as the on-site electrical lead, providing guidance and technical direction to the solar installation crew.
                  • Assist with site preparation, material staging, and equipment setup to ensure efficient and safe installations.
                  • Complete and maintain detailed documentation of each project, including system diagrams, photos, and installation notes.
                  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
                  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
                  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with established guidelines and maintain proper vehicle records.
                  Qualifications:
                  • Active state-issued Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required).
                  • Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
                  • Experience with residential or commercial solar PV systems preferred.
                  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
                  • Ability to work safely on residential roofs and at heights for extended periods.
                  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly, and to bend, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
                  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
                  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
