Bring your technical talent to the Pilot team! This opportunity is not too good to be true; you'll receive an annual company performance-based bonus, enjoy weekends off, and have no on-call requirements. You'll be dispatched from home, work 4550+ hours per week, and be paid port to port. We provide a company service vehicle, tools, equipment, cell phone, and iPad (personal tools are also allowed). You will play an important part in keeping approximately 15 store locations running smoothly throughout the Witchita Falls, TX region.

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems within various food and retail locations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in accordance with warranty requirements and industry standards
  • Communicate repair status with the service technician supervisor and store management
  • Complete same-day work order notes and submit them to your supervisor; ensure proper charge allocations
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels
  • Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards
  • Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers, replace fuel filters, and work on fuel security systems (training provided)
  • Inspect facility interiors and exteriors for safety and maintenance issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including but not limited to: rooftop HVAC units, split systems, ice machines, standalone refrigeration, fryers, and other food service equipment
  • Ensure all repairs and work activities comply with OSHA and Pilot Company regulations
  • Model company values and support exceptional guest and team member experiences
  • Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and safety standards established by Pilot Company

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid state driver's license and positive driving record required
  • Minimum 3 years of recent commercial HVAC service experience required; EPA Universal 608 certification required
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment required
  • Basic knowledge and ability to repair commercial plumbing and electrical systems
  • Basic understanding of OSHA guidelines (OSHA 10 training provided)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

General Summary:

The ACT for Youth Center for Community Action (ACT CCA) / Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs Center of Excellence (ACT CYSHCN COE) is housed in the Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research (BCTR), which is located within Cornell University's College of Human Ecology. The BCTR mission is to improve professional and public efforts to understand and deal with risk and protective factors in the lives of children, youth, families, and communities that affect family strength, child wellbeing, and youth development. Translational research, as defined by the College and the BCTR, is the systematic application of research findings into the development of innovative interventions, practices, and policies that may ultimately improve health and well-being. The knowledge derived from these interventions feeds future research.

ACT for Youth advances the well-being of children, adolescents, and young adults by connecting research to practice in the areas of positive youth development and health. As the ACT for Youth Center for Community Action, we primarily support adults who work with adolescents; as the ACT for Youth CYSHCN Program Center of Excellence we primarily support local New York State health departments, families, and children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN). We do this work by creating, identifying, and disseminating research-informed resources; developing and providing trainings; and supporting continuous quality improvement through evaluation services and technical assistance.

The Program Assistant will provide support to the ACT for Youth (ACT) Center for Community Action (CCA) and Center of Excellence (COE), initiatives funded by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH). ACT for Youth works with communities, families, and youth-serving organizations across the state to promote the health and well-being of children and adolescents. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Program Assistant to 1) assist with event planning (including identify and booking training/conference venues, developing and tracking event registrations, communicating event logistics to participants); 2) support ACT team travel logistics (including identifying and booking hotel accommodations and car/bus/flight reservations); 3) assist with fiscal management (including monitoring accounts, tracking expenditures, setting up purchase orders, working with consultants regarding contracts, supporting staff in obtaining travel reimbursement, and ordering supplies); and 4) assist with other project logistics (such as scheduling meetings, sending agendas, taking meeting minutes, etc.)

The Program Assistant will work closely in collaboration with the ACT CCA and COE teams, as well as NYSDOH, and community-based partners to ensure smooth function of ACT projects. Occasional travel to locations across New York State may be required.

The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. The duties of the Lead Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Lead Sales Associates perform the duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Duties and Essential Job Functions

  1. Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
  2. Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
  3. Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack boxes, cartons and totes of merchandise; stock merchandise, restock and rotate merchandise on shelves, and build merchandise displays.
  4. Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom; and help set up sidewalk displays.
  5. Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
  6. Open and close the store under specific direction of the Store Manager.
  7. Perform additional duties typically performed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, in their absence.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building occupants, users, contractors, and Facilities personnel regarding service requests, repairs, and facility needs.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate responses to building issues, including initiating work requests, obtaining approvals, tracking progress, verifying completion, and confirming billing accuracy.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Qualifications

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
