    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide clinical supervision to ensure patient care aligns with professional standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements
    • Coordinate, plan, and monitor patient care services across the assigned home health population
    • Supervise and support clinical personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
    • Maintain strong communication with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance goals
    • Promote professionalism, service excellence, and organizational values throughout daily operations
    • Ensure compliance with documentation, reporting, training, and regulatory standards
    • Foster staff development through coaching, mentorship, and continuing education support

    Required Qualifications

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
    • Previous home health experience required
    • Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong knowledge of professional nursing standards and home health regulations
    • Understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable federal and state regulations
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

    Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ensure patient care aligns with professional standards and regulatory requirements
