Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
  • Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
  • Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment; issues receipts to customers.
  • Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provides new and/or established patients with all forms that must to be completed or updated to ensure accurate patient demographic, insurance, financial (Sliding Fee Scale) and UDS information. Must also ensure the completeness of the forms and the accuracy of the data obtained are entered correctly into the corporate practice management system. Information will be updated each time patient comes into office to be seen. Representative will also provide assistance to patient(s) on any question(s) the patient(s) may have pertaining to the form(s).
  • Greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. This includes face to face and/or via telephone.
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff member.

Summary description:

LifeVest is worn by patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), providing protection during their changing condition. It is lightweight and easy to wear, allowing patients to return to their common activities of daily living, while having the peace of mind that they are protected from SCA.

This is the perfect opportunity for the health professional with patient care and teaching experience to supplement his or her income. A typical LifeVest patient is in the hospital awaiting discharge, and the Patient Service Representative sets up the equipment and trains the patient and caregivers on the use and care of the device. They also follow up with patients as needed to assure patient understanding and satisfaction. PSRs retain the flexibility to accept or decline assignments as their schedules dictate. Most assignments can be scheduled during free time before/after work, and on days off.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact caregivers and family to schedule services
  • Willingness to accept assignments which could include daytime, evenings, and/or weekends.
  • Travel to patient's homes and health care facilities to provide services
  • Train the patient and other caregivers of patient (if applicable) in the use of LifeVest
  • Program LifeVest according to the prescribing physician's orders

About Our Incubation And Trends Practice Area And The Position

Housing and community development ecosystems are dynamic, and subject to micro and macro market factors that reveal nuanced challenges. Advisors' I&T practice area designs, deploys, and scales innovative housing solutions in partnership with communities. We build capacity of communities to adapt to new technology and emerging trends by leveraging data and technology and deploying innovative solutions to persistent and emerging challenges.

We are increasingly focused on the intersections of land use and zoning and technology. For decades communities have struggled to increase housing supply to keep up with demand leading to a nationwide shortage of housing. While unlocking housing supply is a priority for communities across the country, current land use regulations and zoning restrictions limit what can be built and rising land and construction costs put affordable housing out of reach for many families.

Advisors' seeks a Director of Incubation and Trends to help advance an existing and growing portfolio of work focused on land use and zoning under Enterprise's recently launched Land Use Network and related market trends and technology. Preference for the Director to have subject matter expertise in geospatial analysis and possess the necessary technical skills to manage a team leveraging data and mapping software to demonstrate the impacts of various zoning actions, needs, and opportunities to increase housing supply. Examples of this work include context mapping for specific sites, corridors, or neighborhoods; developing a spatial analysis model for city-wide site feasibility analyses; and the development of market studies through mapping, census data analysis, and statistical modeling. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights through the integration of data.

Job Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

Impact Recruiting Solutions is looking for a full-time Mammography Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group located in Neptune, NJ. In this role, you will perform diagnostic and screening mammography procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Licensure: ARRT(R)(M) required; NJ State License and CPR Certification required
  • Experience: 3+ years of current mammography experience required
  • Technical requirements: May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography examinations
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and modesty throughout all procedures
  • Position patients accurately and adjust equipment to obtain optimal images
  • Maintain and operate specialized mammography equipment in compliance with safety protocols
  • Adhere to all department and facility safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and office staff to ensure efficient workflow and accurate imaging results
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation

Job Summary

Summary: As a Patient Flow Manager, you will be responsible for the effective leadership of a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters within a hospital setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understands and applies knowledge of basic patient transport concepts, infection control practices, and proper body mechanics.
  • Understands and determines, explains, and develops dispatcher logic and transporter activities; monitors and supervises dispatcher activity.
  • Assists in coordination of Patient Transportation activities and services with other departments; develops service agreements as appropriate.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies including but not limited to Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC.
  • Orients, trains, and develops all levels of personnel such as, dispatchers, trainers, transporters, couriers, drivers, and elevator operators.
  • Assists unit director in achieving financial objectives, ensures department operates within budget, and assists controlling departmental expenses.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Management experience in hospital environment and/or patient transportation.
  • Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and to distinguish trends and other factors that impact operational activity.
  • Basic computer skills with Windows based Operating System; ability to troubleshoot system problems related to computer or software systems and initiate internal or external resolution to system issues.
  • Associate’s degree is preferred.

This is a performance-driven role with a longer sales cycle, higher deal values, and significant income potential. While we provide training and support, top performers in this role take ownership of their pipeline and consistently generate their own opportunities.


Compensation:

$55,000–$75,000 base salary + uncapped commission

First-year earnings typically range from $90,000–$140,000+, with long-term income potential well into six figures


Your base salary supports you during ramp-up. As your production grows, your income shifts toward commission, allowing for substantial long-term earnings.


Hybrid Work Schedule:

This role begins in-office for onboarding and training (first 90–120 days).

After ramp-up, team members earn a hybrid schedule based on performance, typically working 2–3 days per week from home.

Flexibility increases as production and pipeline stabilize.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial insurance opportunities through outbound activity, referrals, and networking
  • Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Analyze risk and recommend appropriate coverage strategies
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals
  • Manage and grow a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Work with carriers and internal team to structure accounts
  • Close new business and build a long-term book of business
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience required (insurance experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with business clients or in a B2B environment is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and pipeline development
  • Ability to manage a longer sales cycle with multiple touchpoints
  • Competitive mindset with a strong desire to grow income and production
