Responsibilities

To perform tasks that help manage as well as minimize departmental payroll expense, excessive absenteeism/tardiness, unauthorized overtime, and time clock missed punches. The Housekeeping Administrative Assistant will research guest issues and will track follow-up with managers. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support model governance and analytical standards by documenting models, performing back-testing and validation activities, and ensuring transparency, accuracy, and consistency in analytical outputs.
  • Research and apply advanced quantitative techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation, stochastic modeling, optimization methods, volatility analysis, and machine learning approaches where appropriate to enhance risk measurement capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
  • 2 years risk experience required
  • Senior Risk Quantitative Analyst: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Monte Carlo simulation, and RDW preferred.
  • Prior experience in commercial operations, economics, risk management, quantitative analysis, financial analysis, or modeling preferred.

Completion of Thrifty White Pharmacy's Training Program (ASHP/ACPE Accredited) is required, along with all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy. A few of the primary responsibilities include:
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
  • Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
  • Maintains prescription information to ensure accurate records.
  • Understands and follows Medicare Part B requirements
  • Troubleshoots any rejected claims or billing issues.
  • Assists customers with Medicare Part D questions.
  • Maintains proper level of nursing home filling procedures.
  • Able to learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
  • Able to maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and the modification of job responsibilities as required.
  • Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.

About the Role:

  • The position is responsible for managing daily activities and issues related to completing a construction project, including overall project planning, scheduling, project cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety management, labor and equipment resources, and owner and architect relationships.

  • Manages all contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFI’s, ASI’s, with the Owner and Architect in a timely fashion. Follows up with owners on unpaid invoices.
  • Creates and manages all subcontracts and purchase orders per the Crossland Construction Company Guidelines, and ensures all documents are completed and signed.
  • Checks shop drawings of all items in a timely manner for accuracy and compliance with specifications. Ensures all items are delivered per the contract schedule so as to not slow field progress. Follows up with architects and engineers to make sure they are not delaying progress per internal schedules. Communicates any problems to the Division Manager.
  • Ensures work put in place is to quality standards of the plans and specifications of the project.
  • Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates.
