MOCA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Associate to support inventory operations on warehouse construction and installation projects across the United States. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management experience who enjoy traveling and working in fast-paced project environments. 

Travel is required - up to 90%.

90% is required due to assignment being on site/physical location, living in temporary housing during some weeks.

 

General responsibilities:

1. Support in the reception, kitting, sorting and deployment of the non-inventory.

2. Manage inventory unit classifications and inventory mechanisms fluently.

3. Assist with label deployment.

4. Manage deliveries and receptions.

5. Execute cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis when is required.

6. Investigates discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories, keeping record of the data.

7. Communicate to the Non-Inventory Leader when defective products are discovered and/or quantity discrepancies happens.

90% of the time around USA for long periods of time (4 weeks or more)

 

Travel is required - up to 90%.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or a related role.
  • Experience working on warehouse projects or within warehouse operations preferred.
