The Marketing Manager, Organic Social is responsible for leading the organic social media strategy for priority platforms with a primary focus on TikTok and YouTube. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES 

  • Lead the development and execution of organic social media strategy across priority platforms, with a focus on TikTok and YouTube.

  • Lead annual platform planning, establishing strategic priorities, audience growth goals, content pillars, and publishing frameworks. 
  • Define platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand objectives, marketing campaigns, and seasonal initiatives. 
  • Establish best practices for social-first storytelling, ensuring content is optimized for platform behaviors and algorithms. 
  • Identify emerging social trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations that can strengthen brand relevance and engagement. 

Content Strategy & Creative Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with internal creative teams to guide the development of engaging, high-quality video content optimized for TikTok and YouTube. 
  • Provide strategic direction on content concepts, formats, tone, and storytelling to ensure alignment with platform best practices. 
  • Translate brand and campaign objectives into clear social content briefs and creative direction.

Community Engagement 

  • Help guide community engagement strategies that foster authentic brand interaction with audiences. 
  • Monitor social conversations and sentiment to identify opportunities, trends, and potential brand considerations. 
  • Partner with social and customer engagement teams to ensure timely and appropriate responses to community interactions. 
  • Identify opportunities to amplify user-generated content and authentic brand advocacy. 

Influencer & Creator Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with the Influencer Marketing team to ensure creator content aligns with platform strategies and brand objectives. 
  • Provide platform-specific guidance on influencer and creator content formats that perform well on TikTok and YouTube. 
  • Collaborate on campaign ideation to ensure influencer content integrates naturally into the brand’s organic social presence. 

Analytics & Performance Optimization 

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools. 
  • Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement rate, audience growth, watch time, and video completion. 
  • Translate analytics and insights into actionable recommendations to improve content strategy and performance. 
  • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. 
  • Identify high-performing content formats and scale successful approaches across campaigns and platforms. 

Paid Social Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with the Paid Media team to identify organic content that can be amplified through paid social campaigns. 
  • Provide strategic input on content formats and creative approaches that drive performance across paid and organic channels. 
  • Share insights and learnings to ensure alignment between organic and paid social strategies. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with marketing, campaign, and brand teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with creative, content production, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across the organization on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices. 

Skills/Requirements

Minimum 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field 
  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media strategy or social media management 
  • Demonstrated expertise with TikTok and YouTube platforms and best practices 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to develop social media content strategies 
  • Experience with social media analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools 
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate strategic insights 
  •  Demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies with strong focus on TikTok and YouTube 
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content formats, and best practices

Our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial positions perform the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned at the beginning of each shift:

Role Overview

At Ann Sacks, our Design Sales Consultants (DSCs) are the heart and soul of our success in the luxury interiors industry. As the welcoming face of our brand, DSCs inspire the industry’s top designers and social media influencers to transform their most important spaces with our world class assortment of materials. 

DSCs play a pivotal role in driving sales through engaging and impactful interactions, and business development skills. Whether meeting with homeowners in our stunning showrooms, collaborating with trade professionals in their design studios, or making virtual presentations to support client projects, DSCs showcase their exceptional ability to connect and build lasting relationships. They are dedicated to cultivating a thriving book of business with both current and potential clients across assigned territories or business segments. Success in this position is measured through achievement of net order/sales goals, client satisfaction, and overall brand stewardship.  
 
Specific Responsibilities

Relationship & Business Development 

  • Develop new relationships and business for Ann Sacks to meet/exceed sales goals. 
  • Make outside sales calls to develop and grow client base, promoting brand awareness and new products. 
  • Demonstrate persistence and tenacity to reactivate dormant accounts, follow up on leads, and develop a healthy pipeline of business. 
  • Network with the professional trade through involvement in associations, meetings and events; including in-store events.

Customer Service

  • Contribute to an inclusive, welcoming, and gracious work environment for colleagues and clients.
  • Offer prompt, friendly, and gracious service, balancing appointments and walk-in traffic to ensure client satisfaction and deliver sales results. 
  • Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom environment. 

Drive & Manage Sales Process

  • Conduct outside sales calls, with a focus on targeted top-selling and high-potential accounts, marketing new and featured products.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage customer relationships, interactions, leads and opportunities to demonstrate an accurate pipeline.
  • Follow up on leads / quotes regularly to close business, processing paperwork accurately. 
  • Create and execute marketing plans and in-store events.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care team to track orders and ensure quality service.

Continuous Learning

  • Develop detailed knowledge of all product lines and features, utilizing internal resources and peer network to establish expertise. 
  • Participate in internal training sessions and online learning to enhance product knowledge, and job skills such as presenting, negotiating, and closing sales. 

Skills/Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ sales experience required. Strong preference given to prior experience in interior or architectural design or luxury retail sales.

Education: Coursework, certificate or degree in interior design, business management, or marketing is preferred but not required. Candidates with a variety of educational backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply. 

Software: Experience with Windows operating systems and intermediate skills with MS Office suite are required. Experience with Salesforce or a CRM program is highly preferred.

Specific Responsibilities

Relationship & Business Development
