Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Respiratory Therapist delivers professional nursing care to all patients in NICU. Performs assessment and acuity assignment; follows standard of care utilizing Nursing Process in delivery of care; maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions. Daily assignment of an RN may include supervision of other nursing personnel and/or students. Function as a preceptor and ability to function as a charge nurse. The employee performs all services as they may relate to patient care/treatment with consideration for age/condition of patient.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

- Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Certificate Program (with work experience in lieu of degree) in Respiratory

What You’ll Do

- Proactively drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time, recommending preventive care, and supporting same-day treatment opportunities
- Work within Tend’s Team (Assisted) Hygiene model, partnering closely with dedicated dental assistants to deliver efficient, high-quality care, enhance the patient experience, and create a more supported, team-driven clinical environment

What You Have
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current, active hygiene license in the state you’re applying for
- Current Anesthesia/ Nitrous license in applicable state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Comfort with digital charting and x-rays, intraoral cameras, and technology-driven care
- Open to full-time (32–40 hours/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), part-time (2–3 days/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), or PRN (work when you want!)

The base pay range listed reflects the hourly wage for this position and is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and market conditions.
Hygienists at Tend are eligible for a monthly performance bonus based on clinical and operational key performance indicators (KPIs). Bonus pay is distributed monthly but reflected in the listed range as an hourly equivalent. Bonus amounts vary by provider, market, and schedule, and actual earnings may differ depending on individual productivity and studio performance.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care — including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), gingivitis scaling, oral cancer screenings, Itero scan, sealants, Zoom whitening, Perio Protect, Curodont, fluoride treatments, and patient education — all in alignment with evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize your schedule, manage sterilization and room turnover, and support patient care and documentation

Reporting to the Senior Director of Media & Advertising, this role owns the day-to-day health of a full-funnel media ecosystem including but not limited to paid search, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, CTV/OTT, streaming audio, digital out-of-home, and affiliate. The ideal candidate brings platform depth, analytical rigor, and the communication fluency to bridge agency partners, analytics teams, and senior stakeholders — operating as a trusted translator between strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own budget pacing, forecasting, accruals, and financial health across the full $78M portfolio — the non-negotiable foundation of this role.
- Translate enterprise media strategy into channel-level plans, agency briefs, and execution timelines; manage day-to-day agency relationships with accountability for output quality and strategic alignment.
- Synthesize cross-channel performance into clear reallocation recommendations — including MMM, incrementality, and Salesforce attribution inputs.
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure — dashboards, pacing summaries, and executive-ready performance updates — that enable timely, confident decision-making.
- Prioritize and manage the test-and-learn roadmap, ensuring experiments are properly designed, measured, and translated into applied strategy — not just documented and shelved.
