Job Responsibilities:

  • Meal Planning & Nutrition: Work closely with the team nutritionist to develop meal plans tailored to players' performance, recovery, and dietary needs. Ensure meals support game-day and practice-day energy needs, muscle recovery, and hydration strategies.
  • Food Preparation & Execution: Prepare daily meals and snacks for training, game, and pre-travel days. Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of meals in line with professional culinary standards and performance nutrition guide.
  • Special Diets & Customization: Adapt meals for players with food allergies, preferences, or special dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, high-protein). Demonstrate a thorough understanding of food allergens and dietary restrictions, ensuring accurate menu planning, ingredient selection, and allergen labeling to promote the safety and well-being of all athletes.
  • Food Safety & Sanitation: Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines, food handling safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, overseeing inventory and food storage.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Manage, recruit, and work with team chefs, catering partners, and performance staff to coordinate meals. Communicate and interact with players and staff regarding meal preferences and feedback and overall expectations of meal service. Create and adjust menus for innovative approaches to address seasonality, cultural preferences, and festive themes based on team schedule. Work closely with Athletics Department personnel on overall management of training table operations and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred previous experience as a private chef for athletes or working in professional or collegiate athletics, high-end catering, or health-focused kitchens.
  • Experience in sports nutrition or performance-based cooking (e.g., working with athletes, sports teams, or high-end catering)
  • Knowledge of dietary needs for elite athletes, including macronutrients, hydration, and recovery foods.
  • Understanding supplements and supplement strategies as set forth by the team dietician, optimal recovery foods, and hydration strategies.
  • Experience with bulk meal prep and serving large groups efficiently.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $35,000 - $55,000 or more. This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Director of Virtual Care Operations to lead and scale a fast-paced healthcare operations organization focused on delivering an exceptional virtual care experience for both patients and providers.

This leader will hold broad operational accountability across our virtual care clinics, with primary focus and direct ownership of our Care Concierge workforce, a high-volume, patient-facing team responsible for helping patients navigate care, coordinating scheduling, enabling providers, and ensuring seamless virtual visits across multiple health system partners. What You'll Do:

Operational Leadership

  • Lead day-to-day operations for a large virtual care support organization, including Care Concierge, patient support workflows, and provider coordination
  • Ensure patients and providers successfully connect for scheduled virtual visits with minimal friction
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs including SLAs, wait times, abandonment rates, staffing efficiency, productivity, quality, and patient experience
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery
  • Build operational processes that can scale across multiple partners and clinics

Workforce Management & Optimization

  • Partner closely with Workforce Management teams on staffing models, forecasting, scheduling, and intraday management

  • Establish clear operational cadences, escalation pathways, and accountability structures

Team Leadership

  • Help create organizational structure and processes that support scale and growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support launches of new clinics, partners, and operational initiatives
  • Communicate operational performance, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of operations experience, preferably in healthcare, call center/customer support, healthcare operations, or other high-volume service environments
  • 4+ years of people management experience leading large teams through managers
  • Experience managing operational KPIs and service-level metrics in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience building and improving operational processes at scale

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial or industrial electrical contracting
  • Proven experience managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement electrical projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and scheduling principles

Essential Functions:
