Progressive and dynamic general practice seeks a new associate attorney to join our team. Case work will focus on family law with some exposure to criminal, civil, probate, and other practice areas. Associate Attorneys are encouraged and supported in developing new practice areas that match their personal interests.

Experience is required. Associate Attorney will need to manage their own client/case load, with help from a legal support team.

*Associate Attorney Responsibilities*

* Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation.
* Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Assist in family law, and other areas of practice as needed.
* Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
* Participate in negotiations and represent clients in various legal proceedings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
