What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams while maintaining a positive, professional tone.
  • Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility to relocate to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home, as needed.
  • ServeSafe certification and successful completion of company management certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent ; additional culinary or management training is a plus.
  • Must have valid Driver's License.
