This person will be assigned to a branch each day based on staffing needs and will travel frequently to all branches including Hutchinson, Haven, Newton and Wichita. The home branch will be located at 129 W Avenue A, in Hutchinson.

Must be available to work 36-40 hours, between 7:45am-5:45pm Monday through Thursday, 7:45am-6:15pm Friday and 8:45am-12:15pm on rotating Saturdays. NO Evenings or Sundays!!

Responsibilities

  • Greets customers entering the branch, directs them to the correct staff member for assistance and provides assistance with ATM usage, coin counting machine, safety deposit boxes and other branch services.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of paying and receiving functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
  • Verifies cash totals and balances each day's transactions.
  • Educate members of credit union products and services.
  • Balances ATM machines, coin counters, and cash dispensing/recycling machines in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
  • Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Provides superior service to our members.
  • Proactively support and advance HCU's brand platform.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a financial institution is helpful but not required.
  • Proficient with technology and variety of software including MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.

What You Need:

This is the perfect opportunity for the health professional with patient care and teaching experience to supplement his or her income. A typical LifeVest patient is in the hospital awaiting discharge, and the PSR sets up the equipment and trains the patient and caregivers on the LifeVest. They also follow up with patients as needed to assure patient understanding and satisfaction. PSRs retain the flexibility to accept or decline assignments as their schedules dictate. Most assignments can be scheduled during free time – before/after work, and on days off.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment & garment inventory
  • Contact caregivers and family to schedule fittings
  • Available, willing and able to conduct evening and weekend activities
  • Willing to travel to patient's homes for fittings or follow up visits
  • Disclose their family relationship with any potential referral source
  • Program equipment according to the prescribing physician's orders
  • Measure the patient and determine correct garment size
  • Train the patient & other caregivers in the use of the LifeVest
  • Have the patient sign a Patient Agreement & WEAR Checklist
  • Fax the signed copy of the Patient Agreement & WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours of the assignment

Qualifications:

  • Have 1 year patient care experience
    • Patient experience must be professional (not family caregiver)
  • Patient experience must be documented on resume
  • Willing to have a background check completed
  • Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
  • Disclose personal NPI number (if applicable)
  • Have a valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Willing to pay for additional training and vendor credentials (i.e. DME/RepTrax), fees not paid by ZOLL
