Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager with a focus on gas turbines for power generation projects that integrate gas turbines, PV solar, BESS, and other technologies to meet the unique energy demands of large industrial facilities and data centers. Key Responsibilities

• Gas Turbine System Design & Development
  • Design and develop gas turbine systems and subsystems for power generation applications, ensuring they meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Project Management & Coordination
  • Work closely with gas turbine OEMs and lead technology screening and gas turbine selection for projects portfolio.
  • Prepare scope of work for gas turbine RFPs and evaluate proposals leading technical clarifications and negotiations.
  • Manage the execution of gas turbine‑related projects, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and resources are effectively coordinated.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost‑effective delivery of power generation systems.
  • Review and approve technical specifications, contracts, and documentation related to turbine procurement and installations.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide expert technical support during plant operation, including troubleshooting turbine performance issues and offering on‑site solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Gas Turbine Certification, ASME) would be a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical engineering, specifically working with gas turbines for power generation.
  • Proven experience in the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of gas turbine systems in power plants.
  • Familiarity with different types of gas turbines (heavy‑duty, aero‑derivative, industrial) and associated auxiliary systems (compressors, combustion chambers, etc.).
  • Experience with microgrid design and implementation, particularly in industrial and data center environments.
  • Expertise in the operation, integration, and optimization of gas turbines, PV solar systems, and energy storage solutions in hybrid configurations.

Are you up for an exciting challenge? You will scale and optimize a cutting-edge Generative AI product that offers instant assistance to enterprise users. You will apply abstraction, scalability, and optimization to a dynamic, probabilistic, and generative conversational system. Join our Conversation Engine team to work at the core of Moveworks Generative AI product, scaling and optimizing it to meet enterprise demands. You will collaborate with ML engineers and cross-functional teams, iterating rapidly and using user behavior data to inform decisions. Your challenge is to scale and optimize our conversation engine to support hundreds of millions of users across multiple chat channels and use cases, while enhancing our end-to-end product infrastructure with engineering quality and robustness.

What you get to do in this role:

• Construct an extensive product infrastructure with user-friendly interfaces that enable engineers and configurators to customize and optimize generative AI models, collect data and feedback, adapt to diverse enterprise use cases, and deliver domain-specific conversational experiences.
• Design scalable API abstractions for the conversation platform that supports popular chat clients (e.g., MSTeams, Slack, Web) and provides a neutral API for other parts of the engineering system.
• Optimize the dialog engine to support a wide range of conversational features, leveraging private domain knowledge for each enterprise customer in the cloud, and enable real-time multilingual translation. Achieve this with low memory footprint, low latency, and a streamlined development process for application engineers.
• Champion best practices for coding patterns, API design, scalability, robustness, and optimization. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among engineers.
• Provide comprehensive insights and visibility into the performance of our conversational AI product, including a robust logging and tracing framework, debugging and triaging tools, and automated metrics for monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, application engineers, product teams, and customer support to drive new features and scalability initiatives.

To be successful in this role you have

• A strong foundation in computer science and software engineering, with experience building scalable systems.
• A deep understanding of clean, modular, and scalable API design, with ability to champion coding best practices and elevate code quality.
• A passion for optimizing systems and performance, with experience in tracing, logging, and metrics; ability to identify and resolve latency bottlenecks, race conditions, and throughput limits.
• The ability to independently research new requirements and develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate rationales and design approaches and to collaborate across teams.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional development experience building systems at scale.

Position Overview

The Director of Meat Production oversees all meat production operations across Corfini facilities, ensuring consistent execution in production planning, labor management, yield optimization, food safety, quality, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency. This leader partners closely with Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Food Safety, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations & Performance

• Standardize production procedures across all facilities
• Lead daily production planning to maximize efficiency and fulfillment
• Improve yields, labor efficiency, throughput, downtime, waste, and product utilization
• Ensure staffing aligns with production volume and growth goals
• Build reporting systems and accountability frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost‑reduction initiatives
• Support new product launches and operational expansion

Food Safety & Quality Assurance

• Maintain compliance with USDA, FDA, HACCP, SSOP, GMP, SQF/BRC, and all regulatory standards
• Ensure all products meet Corfini’s quality expectations
• Partner with Food Safety teams on corrective and preventive actions

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop Production Managers, Supervisors, Leads, and hourly teams
• Foster a culture of safety, urgency, accountability, and operational excellence
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Purchasing to optimize raw material utilization
• Support Warehouse & Logistics in inventory flow and fulfillment
• Collaborate with Maintenance on preventive maintenance for grinders, slicers, saws, patty machines, packaging equipment, conveyors, and refrigeration systems
• Align production schedules with Sales and Inventory teams
• Analyze and report on KPIs including yield, labor efficiency, throughput, downtime, order accuracy, waste, and giveaway
• Reduce aged inventory, trim losses, and shortages
• Support financial goals through labor optimization and waste reduction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in production or manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of meat processing operations and food manufacturing workflows
• Strong understanding of USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC, and SSOP compliance
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive corrective action
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing multiple facilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Expertise in labor planning, yield optimization, and operational efficiency

Education & Experience
