The Mission

Ever see a brand get ripped off by copycats and wish you could do something about it? At Bustem, we’re making that a reality. We are revolutionizing brand protection for e-commerce founders, using state‑of‑the‑art tech to hunt down intellectual property theft and reclaim the market.

We’re not looking for someone to just “post on socials.” We’re looking for a creative powerhouse with the “it factor” to join us onsite in Manhattan. You’ll be the face, the voice, and the aesthetic architect of a tech brand that’s setting a new global standard.

The Role: Own the Narrative

Reporting directly to our Founder, you won’t be following a boring script. You’ll be ideating, filming, and executing a daily content strategy that turns views into a movement. This is your stage.

  • The Face of Bustem: Maintain a high‑energy, premium presence that makes brand protection look as cool as it is essential.
  • Creative Autonomy: Own the entire process—from the first spark of an idea to the final edit.
  • Ad Innovation: Design organic‑style ads that don’t feel like ads, driving massive discovery and growth.
  • Growth Hacking: Take full control of our KPIs. We want to see the followers climb and the engagement skyrocket under your leadership.
  • Founder Collaboration: Work side‑by‑side with our Founder to align your creative vision with our global scaling goals.

Who You Are

  • Social Authority: You already know how to build a crowd. You have a following of 50k to 100k+ with the engagement to prove it. People listen when you speak.
  • NYC Native/Local: You live for the Manhattan energy and are ready to create daily from our HQ.
  • The “It Factor”: You have a “perfect” speaking presence, a premium aesthetic, and an intuitive grasp of what’s trending before it actually trends.

Strategic Mindset: You don't just make “pretty” videos; you make content that converts and builds authority.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive Comp: $90k – $110k per year (we pay for true talent and experience).
  • The Path to Leadership: We’re hiring our future Head of Brand. If you crush this, you’ll build the department.

Manhattan Lifestyle: Work onsite in the heart of the city in a high‑vibe, fast‑paced environment.
